Dear Todd,

 

This letter is to express the gratitude of the volunteers and Members of the Fox River Trolley Museum for the efforts of the Silk Road Team in connection with the recent movement of railway cars to the Museum. Starting with the transport of Car 304 from Cleveland in November, the move of Car 45 from East Troy and ending with the move of Car 458 from Brookpark in January the Silk Road Team has performed flawlessly.

 

The professionalism of every member of the Team has shown throughout the entire process. We wish ti make special mention of your Customer Service Representatives (drivers) Don Agressi and Jay Jackson (and, of course, Jay`s escort) and their contribution to the reputation of what can only be called - "The Premier Railcar Mover" of North America.

 

These moves again reinforce my positive past experience with Silk Road over the past twenty years and over to 1500 moves, both for my work and Museum functions.

 

I have enclosed a CD with photos taken of these car moves for you viewing pleasure. I look forward to working with you and others at Silk Road in the future. Again THANKS for your help, understanding, patience and courtesy during these moves.
